Incredible tattoo shop! I got my first tattoo done here and I wouldn't have it any other way. Love the atmosphere the artists bring into the shop, they make you feel right at home! No other shop could even compare to Up in Arms!

Best shop in the Pittsburgh area! Everybody there was very proffesional and the shop is CLEAN and very nicely done. They will work with you on creating the idea that you want and won't turn anyone away as far as I've seen. Prices are very fair and they will work with a budget. I've been tattooed here many times and will continue to. I'm not sure who Aaron got tattooed by but there isn't anyone by that description working there.

I got tattooed here, and I paid my deposit, waited two weeks and never got a call, I called and he finally told me that he meant to call. We scheduled an appointment. The morning of my appointment I stopped by to make sure I liked the design, he hadn't drawn it up yet, it was the day of the tattoo and he asked to reschedule I said no. After a lot and back and forth I finally started to get tattooed. I got tattooed by the guy with long hair, and a case of depression. He began to discuss his depression and drug use as well as stating that one of the other artists seems to have a possible heroin problem, and these guys work with needles. You couldn't pay me to go back here. And they give you a hard time when I tried to use the coupon on their website
