ValuAmerica quotes the clients a fee for certain products, such as copies requested. ValuAmerica then pulls the copies online for NO fee, and then Doubles the fee to the client. ValuAmerica makes up their own fees and this is not Good Business to the Clients!

The service at ValuAmerica is very poor. They leave you holding on the line longer than any other title company I dealt with. The Title Operations Dept. states that the turn around time is 24 - 48 hours and it takes longer than a week to get reports back. I would NOT recommend ValuAmerica to anyone.
