Probably one of the worst experience I have ever had. When I called them I spoke to a Terry in service who told me to bring my car to be evaluated. Before I even had the repair started they charged me $144 just to look at the car. Then they told me after charging me the diagnostic fee that it could be a lot of different things that could be causing the problems. Why then did you charge me to diagnose it if you could not diagnose the problem. Terry then told me that he thought he knew what the problem was and $1000 later and still not fixed. He told me that they would then have to do more diagnostic tests which would cost me more money of course. When I told him that I can't afford what he did already, he then handed me the bill and wished me good luck like I was priviledged to be there. I am a customer relations supervisor myself and if I treated people like this, I would be looking for new work. I will never return to this dealer for service, at least until Terry in service is long gone.
