Provided by YP.comAfter shots, physical therapy, custom orthotics and shoes, X-rays and MRI, I was told that my problem was a mystery. They did not know what was wrong. On my very first visit, I was lectured on how women are the worst with shoes and it was insinuated that my shoes caused my problem. It was offensive to draw that conclusion without even understanding what caused the injury or what the problem was. For an entire spring and summer, I was bounced around their many practices/stores. I finally went to a specialist in Lexington where I was immediately diagnosed and it was verified through a new MRI that I had a severe tear in a ligament in my ankle. I was also told that the MRI I had done in Somerset was so bad that it wasn't usable, and that the custom orthotics I had made were horrible and not recommended for my problem. I feel like I spent an enormous amount of money with this practice for an inability to diagnose what should have been an easily identified problem, and the resulting poor treatment and ongoing pain. And I will never get my spring/summer back.
