Provided by YP.comWe used to never experience problems with Eastern Cable television except with an occasional bad storm. They fixed it super fast. In the last 2 yrs, I have experienced going blank with no sound, going blank with sound, frying noise w/no picture. blinking in and out with a frying noise as it doing today. Every 1min this is happening. What has happened to what I used to call the best cable company. Anyone else know?
