I went to the store to order my flowers. I selected an arrangement already made up of pink roses and asked for a ribbon that said mother. To my surprise, a different arrangement was delivered (one of white roses .... not at all what I would have preferred). When I went back to the store, the florist admitted error and apologized without any attempt to rectify the mistake. I was very dissatisfied. What's the point of personally picking out an arrangement if the florist can take it upon himself, to select something else? I will not be shopping here again.

Absolutely beautiful arrangement sent by Govers. Called direct from Florida to Corbin, Ky, spoke to a very nice gentleman that helped me through selections shown online computer. The gentleman described the proposed appearance of the arrangement as it would be delivered to the home. Was delivered to the family in a timely manner as promised. Picture of the delivered arrangement was sent to me by a friend and the arrangement is absolutely beautiful. I will definitely order again from this nice florist.
