I schedule an appointment for 3 exams. When I called, I explained I had Avesis through my job. Sure we take it. We arrive, she tells me she tried to contact me. I said no you did not. I said I received a text saying if I had Ky Medicaid, it wouldn’t be accepted. So, you didn’t call me to contact me regarding this. I also stated that you only texted me that info. No apologies or anything. I asked how much for eye exams and it’s 90 dollars each for contact exams. Why do I work and have insurance? As I looked at this receptionist, she didn’t offer an apology but stated, I’m not sure why she told you we accepted it. I said, it was you who told me. I politely left and I am really upset.
