Bill is a crook.... Currently I have had the same issues as Lana have filed with magistrate court and a lawyer to retrieve my 2100.00 for a transmission that he let the warranty run out on.. Because he kept my truck 9 out of 12 months this year giving me a run around... Also got treated very ugly when he realizes that he was is the wrong.... He has even said do as u wish I am filing bank riot and closing my doors good luck getting your money....

CROOK, BEWARE!!!! I have enlisted a private attorney to file CRIMINAL charges against this man, not just civil. He replaced my heater core, messed up all kind of other stuff in order to keep me coming back. He tied a cable tie to the blower motor squirrel cage, so that it would make a loud noise and the list goes on and on. I initially went to file a civil case in the magistrate court, but a good friend who is an attorney said we have a criminal case for extortion, so I am going that route. I will post more when I get info, but PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE don't take your vehicle there.

my car broke down on me two hours away from my house I called bill to tow it to his mechanic shop after he took two weeks to diagnose it he told me it was the fuel pump and it will be $680.00 to fix after 3 months of back and forth and he cannot find the part I told him I would just come get it This made him very upset he yelled at me and hung up the phone in my face several times so I got a you haul with a hitch and went down to Cordele Georgia to pull my car back he told me it will be $380.00 to pick it up even tho it was still not fix I finely talked him down to $250.00 and the police had to be call to get my car once I got the car to a certified mechanic shop on my side of town he testing the fuel pump and it was good but assembly was broken by Bill don't know if it was done on purpose or just neglect on Bills part.. So all together he was rud he miss diagnosed, over charge And broke a part on my car that did not needed to be fixed... NEVER USE Bill's the worst experience ever!!!

My van hit a truck tire on 75 while heading to Florida and Bill's Auto Service came to our rescue! They came to our hotel to look it over and had it fixed the next day. They were very professional and friendly and would highly recommend them to anyone needing vehicle repairs!

They were fast and friendly. We were on vacation and broke down. We called Bill and he came and picked us up. Got us going in no time... His staff was very friendly.
