Our water was turned off today, in the middle of a heat wave, with no warning, and no late payment, water bill total is at $0. When we called to find out what was going on, the lady at the water company acknowledged that our bill was being paid online, but informed us that due to a piece of mail being returned by the post office on accident earlier this year, they were turning the water off. We are being punished for paying our bill on time. What kind of a company turns off your services when your bill is paid in full? They said they would be out to turn the water back on, but no service yet. It is hotter than Hades, we have animals that need water, and we have done nothing wrong.

Watch out people for the management at the Cordes lakes water company they make agreemen with you that they do not keep they break there rules to their own Whim they tried to take 6 ft of my property force me to take responsibility or a water meter that was really clearly not mine which they knew for 12 years and force me to allow them access by way of my property we went to the Water Commission where I found out that they repeatedly lied to the Water Commission the management is very non professional and very hostile you cannot speak to the management because they don't want to hear it they just tell you to shut up and get a lawyer that was their exact words by Mr Ross the manager so I got A lawyer it cost me $17 with legalshield and I won my case my bamboo my fence and all of my property are still intact and the neighbors water meter is off my property and I did not have to pay a cent so fight them hard if they give you a hard time because they think they're God and they're not
