BSTN support involves the use of several strategies that include hiring of a selected team of community program educators that will implement an approved behavior support plan. The organization employs a team of state-approved behavior analysts to provide services and respond to crisis 24-hours, seven-days. The behavior treatment plan involves the arrangement of stimuli, consequences, behavioral contracts and various motivational procedures to increase desired behaviors and to decrease undesired behaviors.
