Benchmark advertises that they offer cost-effective solutions to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and intensive needs to live in community based homes. Don't be fooled! They also advertise that their residential programs are designed to serve persons with co-existing diagnoses, challenging behaviors, complex medical/health challenges, and forensic backgrounds. Do not be desperate and settle, there are many agencies in Memphis that offer quality service and actually treat employees better; so they have lesser turnover rate and your loved one can experience consistency. This is NOT the place to send anyone YOU LOVE!
