Crazy Cleanerz damaged 10 pairs of my dress trousers. They stretched my Tommy Hilfiger and Nine West dress pants by 3 inches long and 1 to 2 inches wide. They refused to reimburse me for the damages. I will post a picture of the pants so you can see for yourself.

I'm always skeptical when trying a new cleaner, especially with my cotton duvet. I've had it cleaned before & it looked like a child tried to iron it!! Crazy Cleanerz did an EXCELLENT job. It was cleaned very nicely and appeared to have been very neatly pressed with something like a spray starch!! GREAT JOB!! You have a new customer and I will gladly give great referrals! Thanks!

These people have absolutely no character. I had been a very satisfied customer who has probably done over a thousand dollars worth of business with Crazy Cleanerz. When I came in once to find that their machine had completely shredded a new custom tuxedo shirt, they lectured me on how they knew more about cleaning than I did and that there must have been something wrong with my shirt. While a credit for the cost of this shirt would have saved my business, they would have no part of it. The owners even yelled at me. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. It's a great deal to come here until they ruin your clothes and BLAME YOU for it!!!!! Stay away!!!
