This branch used to provide enthusiastic and quick service. But the last three times I've visited the store the team has been slow, disconnected and unengaged in the whole process of customer service. I think I will find another oil change company

I have used this Express location for some time. This time I asked how much the A/C service was and the employee told me he couldn't tell me....that he had to see "what I needed to be done first." I told him nothing was wrong with the A/C I just wanted the service. He didn't answer. They sent out a coupon for A/C service then can't answer how much it costs? I never do business with someone like that who gives a vague answer. He SHOULD have said. "If we find you are low on freon that will be an extra charge to replace and/or if something has to be fixed that would be extra"..of course. You need to retrain your employees because telling someone "I don't know" is a big red flag to anyone with any sense of how to deal with car repair people. Also, when I got a follow up email it said do not reply to this email;which I would have liked to do---it had the manager's name on it. I would have liked to replied to him. You need to change that. I don't want to call him.Oops. out of characters!!

They do a good job oil change and very friendly people. When they did my tire rotation, they were NOT careful as I just got a brand new Juke this past year and there were several dents and paint chips, so I was definitely disappointed. I don't mind going back to get another oil change but as far as tire rotation, I'm going to Nissan for that.

Nathan was extremely helpful and honest! I talked to several people while I was there and everyone was great!!! I'll definitely be using them from now on!! Thanks guys!

My first visit and I was very pleased! Went to Firestone first over an hour before closing and they said they couldn't take me so I went to Express which was nearby. Got there at 6:02pm, not knowing they closed at 6pm and they took me cheerfully! I was in and out in about 20 minutes! I will not be going back to Firestone! Employees are cheerful and friendly and you don't even have to leave your car which I REALLY like cause I keep my office in my car. Tuesday is $5 off for Ladies also. Cost just a little bit more than Firestone but it didn't take 2 hours either. Very pleased!
