Over 4 weeks back, I ordered a chandelier that was supposed to be delivered within 2 weeks. Of course, that did not happen. I truly believe it was never ordered by the one and only salesperson in the store, Mr. Winter. After blaming the blunder on the ordering dept., it was suggested that I speak with the manager, Missy Ricketts. Low and behold, she added nothing but additional confusion to the situation. She seriously needs to take a refresher course on how to deal with the consumer/public in a respectful manner. BTW, why can't they keep good salespeople. It seems every time I come in, the new, recently hired staff has already resigned. I'm tired of the same gentleman, who has absolutely no design sense, following me around like a lost puppy. It is so apparent that he could care less about what I buy, just as long as I buy something! Um, can we say... Used care salesman! Graham's, please hire worthwhile employees as it is super frustrating working with those on your current payroll! Ferguson's... here I come! BTW, I cancelled my order, after I was put off for another week! GRRR!
