Everything about this store is awful. Customer service, management, quality of the rings. The people repairing them. I have made it very clear to my fiancé to never buy another piece of jewelry here. I've had my ring six months and have had to have it repairs 3 times. Lost a diamond, they had to resize it 3 times. (They ordered it one size too big.) The band broke twice after. And my band has completely bent. The amount he spent in the ring is ridiculous and the fact that I've had all these problems just blows my mind. I've expressed this to the manager and she acted like it was normal. We will not be purchasing anything else from them.
