OPEN NOW - Closes at 7:00pm

I was told that they was closed when they clearly didn't have the sign off and it was 6:20 p.m. The sign on the door stated that they closed at 7 p.m. The gentleman asked was the sign off and I stated no, then one of the workers reached up and cut it off and stated that it was and that she didn't just turn it off. I will not be back!! Apparently they do not need the money!

I had a new set of nails applied at this salon and my nails separated from the nailbed. I asked the owner to remove my nails and he refused. He stated they only guarantee their work for 3 days. This was very poor customer service and a health hazard. I will contact the health department and the BBB. I did not ask for a new set of nails, I just wanted the ones he put on removed due to possible fungal infection.
