Although I have only tried the summer camp program, I would not trust these people with my child for any program they offer after the experience I had with 1 week of summer camp. They are not trained or equipped to watch children all day and do not show responsibility as a caretaker should. Example: I dropped off my 5 year old and the lady supposedly in charge of her told her to go in the big gym (the huge area with the equipment & training facility) while the lady stayed in the lobby behind a desk where there was no window or way for her to see my child - not acceptable when there is several thousand square feet of dangerous equipment that a child should only be around when closely monitored! When picking her up one day, no one knew where she was but said she is probably in the play area. I finally found her playing by herself in a remote area, no one watching her. Also 3 out of 5 days there, I heard children complain of seeing bugs and ants. The lady in charge's response: "Oh, it's the summer, there will be bugs" The best part? the owner refused to refund my remaining days i had pre-paid for until my husband called. Then she agreed and asked him to have me call her with my card #...then wouldn't take or return my calls!! Class ACT!!
