Provided by YP.comI was a tenant with Premier Property for a about a year and it was the best experience ever. They have a great team of worker that help in keeping the tenants happy. I still live in the house, but I'm currently under new management GM Realtor ( Worse Company Ever). I miss Premier Property so much I'm looking to move due to poor everything with GM Realtor. This current company is rude, will not work with you in no situations, adds extra fees even if they agreed on something, has one agent, Shemika to handles all concerns. I've been with them 3 months and its HORRIBLE!!!! They love to submit court eviction when you only owe for a month in a half, when they see you have never been late. I have paid over $3,500 due extras fees in those months when my rent is only $795, I will be moving soon. I had surgery and they didn't care one bit, I hate them with a passion . And advice no one to ever rent from them period! Premier Property you guys are the BEST!!!!

Provided by YP.comI recently became a tenant with Premier properties. My agent was Terri and she was absolutely amazing. I was able to communicate with her via phone or text, which ever option was convenient for me. She always responded to my questions and concerns quickly and if she didn't receive the answer right away she would always keep me updated and let me know. Terri is very polite and welcoming and made my experience so much easier. I also spoke with Aushia during the leasing process and she was just as polite and welcoming. This company has an amazing staff and they have been so helpful.

Provided by YP.comTo be Quite Honest, we love the property that we live in, our home was fully renovated before we moved in.Anytime there is a problem we put in a work order via online. They contact us immediately within a few day's & the issue is resolved. We haven't had any Problems with Premier Properties so far. We pay our rent online so we don't have that money order issue, that I'm seeing all across the reviews. It's called being responsible people.

Provided by YP.comThis Company is very unprofessional ! They pretend to be nice when you sign your lease then do everything to try to add on extra fees . For example: My husband works over night and made sure the rent was dated for the 5th then dropped it off about 4 am on the 6th They added an extra $200 dollar charge on to my rent saying it did not matter that it was dated for the 5th. Whatever you do , DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY , YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
Second Example: Their system does not allow you to pay a payment from two different bank accounts on the same day so even though their system blocks you from trying to pay rent , they put a late fee on your account automatically but they never let you know this in your lease and refuse to give you the money back when it's not your fault the system can not pay out of two bank accounts , AGAIN YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

WE MOVED OUT OF THEIR HOME OVER A MONTH AGO AND THEY WILL NOT CREDIT OUR ACCOUNT! THEY ARE HOLDING OUR FIRST'S MONTH RENT AND SECURITY DEPOSIT!!! I HAVE EMAILED THEM SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE OR EXPLANATION!!!

Provided by YP.comTOTAL FRAUD!!! Worst place to ever rent from!! Payed my rent on time monthy but when it was time to fix something. They didn't come or had excuses.. Customer service is horrible, you can't never get anyone online to help you!! Plus they took my deposit to fix things that was already messed up before moving in, like the hole in the storage room, crack in the ceiling was already there before I moved in. They broke the outside gate trying to put the security fence around the Ac unit yet they charging me for that!!!! What a rip up I'm highly upset!!!! This is what they do to their faithful tenants who've been with them 5 years!!!! I replaced blinds in the rooms but yet they charging me $100 for blinds each room.. Total cost $2500 for this 900sq house I've lived in 9 years.. Don't understand why they are charging me for the condition the property was in before movin in!!!! I will never rent from them again!!

Provided by YP.comSave yourself the trouble and do not rent from Premier Property Management. They are very dishonest. When dealing with repairs, you have to call a hotline number and most of the time you never receive a response back from them. Please read all the problems renters have been having on the BBB - Premier Property Management site.

Provided by YP.comDO NOT RENT FROM PREMIER PROPERTY. THEY HAVE A C RATING WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND OVER 50 COMPLAINTS. THEY ARE UNETHICAL, UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. They will not fix your property in a timely manner. They will allege damages to the property in order to keep your deposit at the end of your lease. I failed to do my research, don't make the same mistake.

I still can not believe how this company have not been investigated by the local government, the state or the feds. I rather live under a bridge and be homeless than rent from these thieves ever again!! ABSOLUTELY A COMPANY OF THIEVES!!

Provided by YP.comWorst experience I have ever had trying to find a home. Never answered the phone or returned any calls. Waited almost 2 weeks to call us back after taking our application fee. Ended up giving the home we applied for to someone else. Renters beware these people are very unprofessional.

Provided by YPmobileThey are by far the worst manager service I've ever come in contact with. Actually, lack of contact. You can't reach them unless you want to send an email or leave a voicemail that'll never be returned. They will change your locks without your knowledge and not give you new keys until you blow their mail box up. They will charge you absurd fees for rent being late a day. So if your premier property house burns down, just send them an email I guess.
