Beauty Line Teas - also helping with mental awareness and focus, these teas include biotin and collagen among other vitamins and minerals. At 39 calories, these teas also include 115 mg of natural caffeine along with no sugars. Specialty Drink Teas - these teas are essentially energy drinks that contain 109 calories, 115 mg of natural caffeine, 17 g of protein, and zero sugars. A healthy snack alternative.
