DUNN & ASSOCIATES HAS LARGE INVENTORY OF HOMES!!

Walter Dunn & Associates in Memphis are horrible. They are nothing but a group of scam artists. They have the reputation of being the worst in town and for a good reason. They with held the contract from our realtor and mortgage company and then blamed us for not closing on time even though it was his fault. He charged $100.00 a day until we closed and refused to give our signed contract to the seller until we agreed to his outrageous addendum and threatened to put the house back on the market. Their people have no soul and there is a reason they have been in trouble with the ethics board so many times...they are scam artists!
