Salads were great when first opened, not so now. Just like other restaurants, as soon as established, they stop with the customer service and the quality of the food. Horrible salad I bought yesterday.

Don't go here if you are in a hurry. Slowest place in town. This location is very close to my home so I still go but am amazed at how slow they are. Even if I am the only person in line. I can not figure out what takes so long. Even if you get something that doesn't even have to be cooked like a chicken salad sandwich. I have waited 15 minutes AFTER I PAID for a chicken salad sandwich. I don't pick on places for being slow a couple of times but this location is slow 9 out of 10 visits. Sometimes incredibly slow, like taking 20-30 minutes with only two cars ahead of you. Bread is stale very often also and cookies are hard. But some of the employees are really nice so that does help. But the manager seriously needs to hire some secret shoppers to see if they can figure out what the problem is.

This Zaxby's is right down the street from where I live. I love just about everything on the menu but the service and management team at this location is awful!! It went from slow and a little unorganized to down right pitiful! One day I sat literally at the window for 23 minutes waiting on my order. (I swear had I not already paid for the meal I would have just left) When I got in line there were two people in front of me and they had to wait a long time too....I didn't think much about it because it can be due to a extra large order or an order where the customer is being extremely difficult and/or picky. But when I got up to the window, I saw what the problem was. The cook was only filling orders for the people inside the restaurant. I'm guessing he/she had to face them where the people at the window were cut off from his/her view. I ordered a salad and a drink...nothing special just ordered an "as is" salad and it took over 45 minutes to get it. I was livid!! I notice their business has gone way down and when I talk to others in the area they tell me they refuse to go there because the service is so bad. I now get my Zaxby's fix in another area of town. In today's society where people are looking for jobs, this Zaxby's should take note on improving their customer service or the next thing we will hear is how they have closed this store due to no customers.
