Avoid this company. Furniture financed on 24 months same as cash agreement with Casabella Furniture in Corinth MS. Went through 1st Heritage and they set it up on 36months so they could earn interest. I have paid MORE each month than due to get it paid off in the 24 months same as cash plan. I was just a couple of days late mailingin a payment and They started calling every phone number that I have listed as a "personal reference" before they even talked with me in person or gave me a chance to return a call to them. Even after speaking to me AND my husband they continue to call references daily!! Have spoken with rep at their office more than once and they still keep calling. It would be different if I was skipping making payments. This is HARASSMENT and certainly should NOT be happening. I told them TODAY that if they call another time I will contact my lawyer and file a harassment suit against them.
