I have used Dr. Huggins for years and hope to many more. Very happy with him and his staff. He's always been there when I need him and really cares about the pets and their owners.

I am a devoted dog owner, he's more than my pet he is my family and when you are supposed to be an available source of help when needed, I expect you be there. You have an emergency service correct? Then why am I not getting my dog help. I've called you at least 20 times and have yet to hear back from your "on call vet"!!!! I'm very upset and disappointed in "vet med" and will not recommend you! ............................... So it is now the next day, afternoon. We called and talked to the vet that was on call last night, Bryan Huggins, these are his words " I looked your number up and it didn't appear that you were an established client so I turned my phone off" But they offer emergency services???? I guess to "established clients" ONLY. If I were you, I would definitely not use this facility and if I were already a client I would be changing my decision. I've never been so disgusted in my life. This man was very rude and unprofessional. Also isn't this considered false advertisement. You all need to reevaluate why you got in this profession in the first place.
