I had an electricity problem and called Wilbanks. They've helped me out before with both electric and plumbing and they are my go-to when anything like that goes awry. They came out in a very timely manner and got right to the problem and had it fixed before they left. I honestly thought they'd have to identify the problem, go get supplies, etc. and come back another day to fix it. I really expected it to be an ordeal. It wasn't! They had everything they needed and were very efficient; very knowledgeable too! Right here before Christmas, I feel very thankful that they were able to get to my problem and fix it. The only two outlets in my kitchen weren't working at all and, if not for Wilbanks, it could have been a real inconvenience. I also really appreciate how friendly and respectful they are with each other as they work. It's refreshing to see that! I hope I won't often have electric or plumbing problems but if and when I do, I will definitely call Wilbanks! Highly recommended!

Was having problems with clogged sewer line and they came and ran a snake device from the roof vent to unclog the pipe and was charged 300 dollars to do this. In less than a week the toilet overflowed again and when I called to ask for assistance I was told they were to busy at that time to come and didn’t here anymore from them until a week later when coming home from grocery I found three people in yard with backhoe parked at street. I hadn’t intended to use this company so I told them I didn’t need their assistance. The owner said they had already run a camera thru the system to main line and insisted that they install a clean out valve which I was led to believe that this was the only way to reach the problem to correct it. I asked for a price and was given the runaround but I insisted on the estimate which he said would be less than one thousand dollars.
I agreed to let them install the valve. When they had dug a MANHOLE in my yard I was told that the city would have to fix the problem. Was sent a bill for over 1200.00 dollars. Don’t use these people unless you have a lot of money to throw away!!!!!!!!!!

I had a pretty substantial leak under my house and after a no-show from another local plumber, my wife gave Wilbanks a call. They showed up quickly; we talked over all my options for the repair; and they gave me a decent quote. Afterwards, they worked quickly to rerun my water lines with PEX tubing. They even ran additional lighting in my attic! (beneficial for them since they were working up there). Overall, a good honest local company to do business with. Very happy with their service.
