The reviews on this page & other places in your Web-Site on the most part are Not Good,, We know WHY !!! We are Full-Time RVer's like hundreds of our Senior Friends. Inside your comfortable Customer Lounge there are Many Awards for McClains Customer Satisfaction & Service,,, BUT that is not the Facts of Today !! The Denton (Corinth) Service Manager told Us after 3-weeks waiting in holding area,, that after Our repairs We could (No Longer get Service @ McClain's) because We did not purchase the $275,000 Motorhome from McClain's !!?? I informed YES,, Our 1st Motorhome was bought at this Store in 1994.. Mother-In-Law in 1991&1998 and several Friends in Denton, McKinney & Plano also on Our-Word bought Trailers & Motorhomes with Servicing at McClain's.!!! Winnebago,, Fleetwood will be contacted by Us and FMCA,, RV-Chapters & Others that McClain's Dealership (ONLY REPAIR WHAT THEY SELL)!!! Is this Really Good-Business or Customer Satisfaction !!??

We purchased a slightly used RV from McClain's in Denton (Corinth). We were told that a thorough detailing of the interior would be done and that the detailing was included in the price we paid for the RV. McClain's has given new meaning to "detailing." At our "show-out," we pointed out that the interior was not clean. We were assured that it would be detailed again, correctly. After driving it home - several hundred miles - I discovered urine all over the outside of the toilet, on the wall and cabinet around the toilet, and on the floor in front of the toilet. Not a little urine - a LOT OF URINE - thick, sticky, gross, sickening urine which required extensive scrubbing to remove. There were black spots on the carpet between the driver & passenger seats and on the carpet under the table; we removed these easily with Spot Shot. Quite the detail job! In addition, the person responsible for showing us how everything works on the RV didn't know how anything worked. In fact, he didn't even know what some things were! He guessed at answers to our questions, and after studying the manual when the inevitable problems occurred, we discovered that he guessed wrong...VERY WRONG! Now that the RV has been thoroughly detailed by ME, and now that we have learned on our own how to operate the RV, we do love the RV. However, we will never, ever go to McClain's again. We should have seen the red flag when the salesman told us he's a Christian and a minister and therefore can't lie. Right.

Worst of the worst Stealerships I have ever done business with...lots of hidden fees and they don't care if you come back or not....McClain's is a one show pony!

Be sure and bring a blank check....they want all your money.....Stay away!!!!!
