Terrible company to rent from, moved in and was promised garage door opener remotes for me and my famiky to use the garage door fully. Going on a month now and still do not have garage door remotes, have reached out via email over 8 times and do not get responses. Have found the worst customer service with these buffoons and best way to get a hold of anyone is to call up and ask for district manager. These employees do not care about you, and the maintenance team will get around to you whenever it is convenient for them not you, so save your time and go with a diffeeent company!

I rented a home from AH4R in July 2014. I was worried after all of the negative reviews but have had a pleasant experience with management. When I moved in my water heater AND heat went out. The garage ceiling also collapsed due to an internal water leak. I don't think these were things that could have been prevented - and the management had contractors out the same day/next day to have everything fixed. I'd say as long as you pay your rent on time they are fine and have no reason to bother you. Tara always returns my calls/emails quickly and the gal in charge of the HOA on the landlord side was great when the HOA was giving me a hard time. I have not received my deposit back so I'm not sure how that will go as many of the reviews were negative in regards to that. I will update when I get it back.
