Provided by YP.comI have used Crown Harbor boat storage for 6 years. We recently had a guest in a wheelchair. Derek and the others were tremendously helpful, they even brought the wheelchair back out when they saw that we were returning. Great customer service., and they take care of our boat well too!

Provided by YP.comEven though they have "100 people on the waiting list" they won't let you give your space to someone else even if you move out of state. Watch out...a year is a long time to have paid for and not be able to use. POOR MANAGEMENT hides behind site workers and won't even speak to their clients.
I am the current owner/manager of the facility and I'm wondering if there is some mistake. We have never had a waiting list of 100 and are always available to speak to clients. I have personally refunded at least 5 people this year who have sold their boats. I'm wondering if this happened while Westport Marina was managing our facility for us in 2008-2009. Our staff will always refer any concerns to the business office for decisions to be made. I'm sorry you had a bad experience. We try very hard to have happy customers.
