In my line of work, there's a lot of traveling involved. I can always count on Grayson and his staff to help me. They are so easy to work with, they are fast and more importantly so friendly and personable. I highly recommend this location!

Really awful experience at this location. As someone who rarely rents cars for personal use, I was told that insurance was MANDATORY to purchase because my insurance company wouldn't cover a rental car. When I spoke with my husband after signing the dotted line, I called back almost immediately to have it cancelled, as my insurance (and pretty much every insurance company) will cover rental cars.



Since this wasn't noted in the system after discussing the FIRST time, I saw a charge hit my account for the insurance. Called back, had it "resolved" again, but instead of having it completely taken off, they charged me for 13 days. After returning my car (after 28 days), I explained my situation, and they told me they would take off the 13 day charge. A few weeks later I'm hit with a $250 charge and management will do NOTHING to even try to work with me on this because the initial call "wasn't noted."



Totally unethical and unprofessional business - would never recommend to anyone.

I would like to start off by stating that I called this morning regarding whether I could get a Nissan Versa or any other of the compacts. I successfully was able to make a reservation for this car and even asked them whether it would be okay for me to rent up to two weeks and if I did not actually need it that long whether it would cost extra. They told me it would not cost anything extra if I did not need it for that length of time, and said that the car in particular I wanted to reserve would not be there until 3. They called later that day and let me know that the car would actually not be getting there until 4:30. When I was dropped off at 4:30 by a family member to pick up the car because they do not actually "pick you up" I told them I had a reservation for the Nissan Versa. When they asked for my name I told them my name and they looked for me in the system. They could not find me in the system by name, so I told them my number. They could not find me in the system by that either. They then asked me if I had a reservation number or if I remembered who had made the reservation. I did not remember either being stated or mentioned while making the reservation so I told them I did not know either. I then was looked at as if I was fibbing the entire time about having a reservation and was told I would need a reservation number in order for them to find my reservation. I was never given the reservation number in the first place, so if the reservation number matters that much more consideration needs to be taken into giving it to the customer that makes the reservation and also making sure the importance of the reservation number is expressed to the customer. I just left the store after asking him to check one more time and walked the two whole miles they were not willing to travel to get me back home. I actually called back later to make sure the number that had called was the same branch and sure enough the same person, Robert, picked up the phone and was trying to assist me. I am not sure who helped me set up the reservation as they did not leave me a name, but I will no longer do business with this location. I had already informed my work that I would be able to come to work the next day because I was setting up a rental today. Now I will have to wait another day with the Huntersville location to actually get one. If you need a rental I would recommend another rental company or just the Huntersville location of Enterprise because this location does not know how to take care of somebody that was willing to spend over half a thousand dollars on renting one of their vehicles.
