We take our Yorkie, Teddy, to be groomed here and only here. We also take him here to be boarded and he is taken home at night with the owners. He has a liver shunt and needs medicine 3 times a day. I only trust a few people to take care of him. Impeccable Paws is one of them! I love them! They truly care about your pets and I would pay extra for that.

Our family bought a yorkie puppy from impeccable paws and she has been with us for 2 years. They offer free training with their puppies and even with other dogs that you don't buy from them. About a year after we bought sunshine we rescued a shih tzu mix and he was full of issues, when I called the owner he asked me to bring the new dog in and he took a look at it and came up with an awesome training plan and it worked great! When I asked how much I owed the owner said he does it for any one who asks and that there was no charge. I will say that they are really busy and sometimes it is hard to get a hold of dan but he has never let us down! Last week we bought our second yorkie and we could not be happier. Everyone there is really awesome and offers a ton of info with food and grooming issues but ask for the owner, he even gives out his personal cell number. I just don't know of any business out there that gives you the personal service that I get every time I walk in! we live in a really small town and before we went to this place we had tried about 8 different groomers and nobody even came close to these people, now I just need to find a hairdresser for my self that's as good as my groomer! LOL you guys have our business because you have earned it and you love what you do and it shows. Thanks for taking care of our babies and thanks for the newest addition.

We had an awful experience dropping off our dog for grooming. We have a 14 year old Shih Tzu, who's been going to other groomers all her life. When we couldn't get an appointment with our normal groomer, we called this place. They went on and on over the phone about how they loved old dogs and would keep her calm and it wouldn't be a problem at all. They'd go as quickly as possible so that she wouldn't have to spend too much time there.



So we dropped her off on the morning of the appointment, and everything seemed to be going well. The hours went by, until finally they called in the afternoon to say they weren't going to cut her hair because she was too old. They kept her there for four hours, and all they did was give her a bath and then not actually do anything that I couldn't have done here at home. The best part is, they charged me $15 for the bath. So I paid them money to make my dog miserable all day and they didn't even do the service that she needed done. We'll never be coming back here again under any circumstances, and I'd recommend that you stay away too. From reading other reviews, it seems like the business is run in a way that's looking for ways to screw you over.



As a side note, they buy puppies from puppy mills and sell them in the store. They sure look cute playing in their little cage, but I feel bad for the ones that don't get purchased after a month or so and grow too big. I'm no PETA supporter by any stretch, but anyone who actually cares about animals shouldn't support this practice.

I have been living in between Charlotte and LA since 2005 and have lots of friends with dogs and I finally bit the bullet and adopted a border collie that is the best, but a little nuts! I decided to get him groomed and went onto Google to check the reviews. I was impressed with this place based on what people had to say about it! If you are like me and reading this review then know that the reviews are a bit inaccurate, it is way better! The owner is awesome and showed me how to have my dog walking by my side in less than 5 minutes. they told me that they are blessed to be able to do exactly what they love and it showed in every way. My dog had been abused and is extremely shy, especially of men and he actually kissed the owner and warmed right up to him. I was shocked to say the least. What a delight to deal with!!!

I moved to Mooresville NC 5 months ago and have tried several groomers and Yes my dog is a nervous nelly, but everywhere I have gone leaves my dog nuts and with diarrhea! My neighbor recommended Impeccable Paws and I gave them a try! WOW, what a difference! The people there really took the time to find out what I wanted and greeted my dog like he was an old friend! I was still worried about him but when I came back he was running around in back and when they let him out he ran over to the guy behind the desk and gave him a kiss before coming to me! I do not know how they did it but my dog loves them!!!!!!!!!!!! I would recommend them to anyone and they are definatly worth the drive!

i spend my summers in NC i bring my pooch to Impeccable paws when im in town.. Exceptional place! Super classy, is the perfect enviroment i want my dog to be when im not around. Excellent for grooming!!

This Salon is the best for your pet. The staff is friendly and the grooming is the best I have found in the Cornelius area. They do what you want and talk with you about the needs of your dog. The dogs are free to roam in the back together instead of shoving them in a cage. Really a great setup. The puppies will warm your heart as you walk in the door. It is total class and the price is right!

They have tons of small breed dogs to choose from there!! If you are a dog lover or even if you aren't, i promise you your heart is going to melt as soon as you walk in this place!! I felt like i had died in went to heaven!! LOL* Also in my experience the staff was very friendly and more than willing to answer any questions that i had. I wish this place was around when i was looking for my yorkie. If you are in the market for the best purchase you will ever make ( a small breed puppy) then this is the place to go!! I loved it so much, i am taking my mom and sister there this weekend to check it out!! I suggest you do the same!!!
