Scheduled an appointment and told them I absolutely had to have my carpets cleaned before a certain date or I would lose my security deposit. Had an appointment for 12 oclock the date before they needed to be cleaned, no one showed up or called. I called at 1 and the guy said he was running late that he would be here immediately. 230 came around and they said their cleaner got in a wreck and his equipment was damaged and told me they wouldnt be here before the date we needed to have them cleaned by. Told me he didn't know what to tell me. Very unprofessional and would not recommend!

Terrible. I will never use them again. We used them to clean our carpet and the upholstery on two chairs. It looked worse afterwards than it did before! I contacted them to see if they would come out and look at it, but the woman on the phone was extremely rude, they wouldn't stand behind their work, they wanted to charge me $30 just to come out and look, and when I told her I wouldn't pay the $30 she hung up on me. Terrible customer service!!!

The thing I love most about Lake Norman Carpet Cleaning is that they really care about their customers. They recommended an allergy prevention treatment because I had told them about how the last companys products gave me an allergic reaction. I felt safe knowing that that their products were safe for me. Ever since they left, I have not been sneezing. Carpet Cleaning ARE THE BEST!!

There's nothing like a professional! I gouged the floor countless times and then I managed to miss applying the sealant to every bit of the floor. Some places got three coats, some got none. It was not a pretty sight. Lake Norman Carpet Cleaning came out and fixed what i did they cleaned my carpets and sofa for a reasonable price, when it comes to carpet cleaning i will leave it up to them to get the job done.

Love the service and the price. Had Lake Norman Carpet Cleaning come out and do the annual carpet cleaning for the 1st time. Everything went perfect and they did a great job with a red cool aid stain in my son's bedroom -it's gone. Strong recommendation for this local carpet cleaning company.

Lake Norman Carpet Cleaning was very impressive. Right from the start and until the very end I was pleased. The representative on the phone was very informative and explained me the process and prices by them, the cleaning team that came explained me through the all process - what they are doing and sowed me what kind of materials they use. 5 STAR!!!
