This man convinced my dad on filing for Head of Household when my dad is still married to my mom. I'm a college student and in order for students to get financial aid you have to provide income tax information about your parents. However the college requires that if your parents are married that they should file married filing jointly or separately. Because this of this dishonest tax preparer who took advantage of my dad's ignorance I now cannot receive financial aid dude to the fact that if my dad files for the 1040x (which is an ammemed tax returns) he would have to owe the irs thousands of dollars. And I would have to help my dad pay for this tax penalty. All thanks to Kelly's tax service! please don't do this to your college student who is trying to make a life of himself or herself. This man should be reported to the IRS and not be licensed to provide such a horrible service in this county.
