DM-Tech is hands down the best Internet provider if you live in the rural areas of Corning, Orland or Red Bluff. Their service is top notch yet affordable, and their staff will go above and beyond to help you resolve any Internet issue you may have.

The staff is wonderful and helpful. DM-Tech is family owned and operated. Over the years they have become so reliable.

Very Reliable service and overall great customer service. The company has become the best in the Corning area over the years.

DM-tech has been in Corning for a long time there the only computer service center that's why there still in business not because they have good service.

DO NOT USE THEM they have very bad customer service they change techs all the time WONDER WHY. I had a new motherboard put in and was not told not to do a full recovery because the computer would crash they wanted to charge me 110.00 to fix it after I paid them 450.00 to do the work with the motherboard. Also had there internet service and when I cancelled it they came to the house with out me knowing and removed the Dish never patched the holes in the roof and left all the wires hanging not very professional.

I would rather shop in Corning but I would say you are better off driving to Chico or Red Bluff where you would find a professional that offers good customer and knows what it means to be a professorial business man.

Also note when you go into there business notice the mess you will know what I mean about being nonprofessional. .

I almost didn't use them do to the bad customer comment.!But so glad I changed my mind..The customer service I received was above and beyond ..Thanks guys! ! U are awesome! !

This has got to be the worst internet service I have had in years. Just moved to Corning and was told that DM-Tech was THE BEST. NOT!!! Richard installed my internet, did not come out with all of the equipment so I had to go to town to get the rest. When I went in they were sitting at their desks eating. OK, but I was asked to sit and wait until Richard finished his hamburger. Lock the doors or something...very rude. Then another person came in and he was helped before me because he was a 'business owner'! Whoa! When it was finally my turn I tried to explain to them that I could not download anything as the internet would 'timeout'. Richard said he has no idea why it does that. Picked up my wifi unit and he could not tell me how to install it. On my own!!! New tower in area and now the internet is even slower than it was before. About to ask for my money back...hope they're not eating lunch again...

Richard gives the best personal service in a timely fashion. I can always count on hearing a human voice when I call their number. My issues get personal attention and their computer knowledge is cutting edge.
