Always been fine. Friendly and helpful. Maybe some with bad reviews have a personal problem with the owners or the employees

This is the 4th time I have attempted to recycle at this facility with terrible service or none at all, like today .Pulled in recycling out, no other customers I waited for 5 minutes then started to record waited 7 more with the employee stareing at me clearly thru the window.Back up a month and my first experience was the same except that time I asked if he was on lunch because he said FUCK loud enough for me to hear when i pulled up,Hetookoffence to the question and told me he was tired cause he worked all day-,It was 10 am- I said no problem i can do it for him.He told me No ,and that he wasnt going to buy my recycling .I said I be in contact with his boss and left to go to the other porter site.He had called ahead and told the 2 men at that site not to buy it from me either..Your employees broke the law by denying me service for no reason.Today I just recorded for the record and left because asking for help is what started this.
