Provided by YP.comMiss this place. This was one of the best places to frequent on the historic Market Street. The other reviews are talking about a manager that was terminated. The owner Nicole was one of the best owners and had a successful business for many years on the street.

Provided by YP.comThe manager is rude and constantly kicks ppl out for no reason. I am 31 year old air force vet who lives in the area. I am known for being respectful polite and proper so when this happened it blew my socks off. We went out for my friends birthday with a large group of people. My girlfriend Jen bought the birthday girl Melissa a drink. I was DD and was not drinking. Jen and Melissa both said that there drinks (L.I.T.'s) didn't taste right to them. I tried them and agreed so I asked the women to make us new ones. She then tasted them dumped some out and filled with water (which actually did make them a bit better but still not like any I've ever had.) While she was doing this she took money off the bar from another costumer. This didn't make since in the first place cause she was waiting on us. My friend Jen corrected me. She said she never ordered a L.I.T in the first place she actually was supposed to get a Manhattan. I tried to tell the bar tender that I made a mistake to please fix one L.I.T and make the other a Manhattan. There was a band that night so I was trying to talk over the music and other ppl. The bar tender then flipped around screaming that you don't yell at a bar tender with money in her hands. I tried to explain I was just talking over the music. She said no you were yelling. I said that maybe she heard better then I did (I am hard of hearing) so it seemed like I was louder. She told me she had been the bar tender here almost 15 years and this was her bar and if I didn't like it and had an attitude that I could get the f* out. I said excuse me for what? And she told me to zip it! Well my friends gulped down there $20 drinks that they didn't even like and the group left the bar. Chris (the door guy) who is a friend of some of the group I was with asked if we were coming back. I said F* no the bar tender acts like a b!^@#. We went to the bar up the street a ways and talked to the door men there who said she is crazy and something like that happens almost every night. And that she is the manager and the owner lives down south. I then ordered a drink from this bar and after paying asked the bar tender for some ones outta my $20's. She smiled and gave them to me. I said to my friends "hey look I didn't get yelled at." The bar tender said you must've come from the Glory Hole. (I'm starting to see a pattern here.) To top it off b4 we left for the night the door men introduced us to other groups of ppl that were kicked out of there as well. One guy said they just got there and he bought almost $50. worth of drinks and right after getting them she walked up and told them to leave and took their drinks! He said no one had even said a word prior to that they were just standing talking amongst themselves waiting for there drinks! Glory Hole I think not! More like great hallway from the parking lot to the other bars on main street. I'll never buy another thing there! ~Lori
