Provided by YP.comChris seemed to make us feel that it was our honor to be renting from him instead of the other way around. You can never get a hold of him because he's never in his office, doesn't answer the phone, and never gets back to you. The worst part about my experience is that I'm a college student so I only needed the apartment for 10 months when the minimum was 12 no th lease. Chris lowered the minimum for us to 10 months because we didn't need it for that long, knowing we would move out after that. At the end of the term we moved out, having paid on time every month and left the apartment in perfect condition, and Chris refuses to give me back my $850 deposit because I didn't give him a statement saying I was moving out even though he clearly knew we weren't staying more than the term we agreed on. Bottom line is this guy is only interested in getting your money. Don't rent

Provided by YP.comIf I had to rate this property 6/7 months ago, I would rate it 6 out of five! Seriously, guys. When Judy Hoffman was property manager, this property was not one of the best in this area, it was the BEST of Bests. Then the new property manager arrived, Chris Shoemaker. He is the most impolite person you will ever meet. He is rude, inconsiderate and will treat you with no respect. The apartments are good but the Manager, Chris is a real pain. The manager is the sole reason you should never rent this place, he treats you like he is doing you a favor by renting you the place. Never make this mistake of renting at this place. Chris never return the deposit money. It's been three months, I moved from there. Within this time, he lied to me more than twice that he sent the refund check. But still nothing on my post box!!! I contacted with one of the ex-resident, who moved when Chris took charge, and he told me he also faced the same problem. Even he didn't get his refund yet.
