When it comes to Dr. Aguirre, there are not enough kind words I could type out. I have seen Dr. Aguirre for almost four years now and feel that she is an excellent doctor that has the right experience and patience to deal with patients. She always takes her time to talk to me, not just about how I am feeling physically, but how I am doing overall in my life. When I have had problems with my health, she has thoroughly explained why she decided to go with the treatment she chose and also what I can do to speedy up my recovery.



If she is such a wonderful doctor, why won't I see her anymore? Although I absolutely adore her, I do not feel the same way for her staff or the office. For the past few months, it has been very difficult to get an appointment to see her and I have had to take many trips to urgent care instead. When I call the office, the receptionist tells me that unfortunately there are no openings and tells me all I can do is go to urgent care. I finally was able to get an appointment, which the receptionist told me was for a Tuesday morning at 9 a.m. Little did the receptionist tell me that she actually TRIPLE booked that same appointment. Usually i do not mind the 25 to 40 minute wait to see the doctor, because I truly trust her and value her opinion. However on this Tuesday morning of the appointment, I showed up and the receptionist let me know that the doctor would be an hour late due to traffic. I had requested 8 am to 11 am off work, so I figured, even if the doctor comes in at 10 am instead of 9 am, I can still be seen and be back at work by 11 am. Well the receptionist let me know that this would not be possible because although I had the first appointment, she TRIPLE booked it and two other people were going to be seen before me. This was just the last straw. What a waste of time and money.
