We were able to salvage our credit. She got the short sale approved in two weeks and was very helpful and educated in the short sale process. She is a Certified Short Sale Expert. Joyce answered her phone even on weekends and was there when I needed her help all the way through escrow until closing. I would highly recommend Joyce when buying or selling a home.
