Sum it up, infrequent updates about status of diagnosis and repairs throughout this twenty-two day relationship. Owner wouldn't even live up to verbal commitment of programming battery--something he said he would do twice. First time using him after very positive referral from family friend. Didn't know he was middleman with repair mechanic...was always too busy to live up to promised deadlines. Have driven car and the original problem was completed, kudos to the mystery mechanic. Very little professionalism from the Owner whose name I will withhold at this time. Simple updates in text every four days would have been nice--not hearing for two weeks at a time, different. Owner deserves lowest rating, mechanic so far gets much higher since valve jobs require meticulous attention to detail. Owner does disservice to mechanic with nonchalant rudeness and flippance. Maybe it's the age. Most men want to live up to their personal commitments--would think twice about financing to buy a product from this person....
