They are conducting illegal practices and harassment. Anyone who has been harassed, needs to file complaints with the BBB and the CFPB. And, if need be, the Attorney General's office.

these people are lowlife douchebags. they try and squeeze a few pennies out of people who are obviously having financial troubles so that the banks and other lenders can make even more money, even after all the bailouts. Ridiculous.

These collectors really helped me out! They helped work with my credit union that allowed me to make payments and then helped get my credit report taken care of! No one likes collections agencies, but ERI's collectors were different; they actually cared about helping me. Thank you!
