We get seen almost immediately when we bring our pets into Good Shepard. I tell people they should go here all the time.

The staff at Good Shepherd saved my puppy's life and I am grateful everyday. The quality of their practice is great.

They helped me and my dog in an emergency situation, so I am quite pleased. I don't think there is anything they could do to improve their services in the future. We will be coming here for a long time.

I have been taking my three dogs to see Dr. Michaels at Good Shepard Pet Hospital and Hotel for roughly three years now. Our experiences have always been good. He takes great care of them and we are seen on time.

It is really clean here. I really appreciate that because I know my dog won't get germs or sicknesses from any other pets. I use their hotel services as well.They make my dog happy, so I can't complain.

I have two dogs. One of them has been coming to Dr. Michaels for about 6 months now, and my new puppy has been going for a few weeks. I really don't think there is anyone better in the area to take care of pets.

The doctors and the staff here are excellent. I love how patient they are and how thoroughly they explain everything to me.

Dr. Michaels is excellent. He was able to save my loyal companion of 12 years. I was so worried I was going to lose her. We will definitely be coming here for good.

They are all so sweet and kind at Good Shepard Pet Hospital and Hotel. Their kindness is really special to me. They take care of my dog better than anyone else every has.

Dr. Michaels is excellent. He always answers all of my questions about my dog's care thoroughly. I highly recommend anyone to take their pets there.

this place is AWESOME! after very bad experiences at Ambers, Riverwalk, and Animal and Bird I was recommended Pet Chalet. This place is very clean and smells good. The staff is very sweet! both me and my pet felt very welcomed there. The groomer is very good with dogs I was very pleased. Upon pick up they provided me with a report card on how my pet did and who he made friends with and also a picture VERY impressive! I've never received such good service. I would highly recommended this place to pet owners. After all my bad experiences I did my research to find a LICENSED boarding facility. This place is great and when my dog sees the building he gets very excited he KNOWS where he's at and that speaks for itself!

I have 2 dogs I took them to Pet Chalet, the staff was exellent , Krystal the manager was awsomne, I couldn't get a better treatment. It's a shame that those x employees are saying this about this place. I heared that the owners of this place are good employers & this what the certificates on the walls say, also they support the Autistic children. I went into more research about pet hotels around & found out that this is the only Pet Hotel that is PERMITTED to do this kind of business in the county of Riiverside. Yes Amber's pet hotel & River walk pet hotels DO NOT HAVE A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT to conduct this kind of business. Don't loose your pets to the Shellter by taking them to other kennels. Bring your pets Pet Chalet try them they are the BEST.

I love Pe Chelet and so my little baby pet molly. They do everything there, grooming and kenelling, day care.....Everyone works there is very nice and love pets. I recommend this place to anyone that is worry about leaving there pets and do not know if they are in the right place or not. Beleive me it is the right place.

First of all I am very picky person. I have my reservation about any new place where I leave my baby Max.

However Pet Chalet is awsome. from the minute I steped in the lobby I was greated by a wonderfu lady that she made feel I am home. My Max loved it there and he get a bath and a treat. When I picked him the next day he was very happy I can tell when Max is sad.

I made a reservation for boarding a little hesitantly because of the reviews, but I took a tour and loved it. After coming back from the family outing (12 days) I found that bridgette was extremely calm, and was actually pulling me back into the facility after we went outside to leave! The Report Card was very helpful, and I learned alot about her while I am not around.

I guess some people have issues with them, or maybe previous employees? I sure didn't, GREAT PLACE!!!

This place is terrible and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The manager and owners and dishonest and only care about putting more money in their own pockets, at the expense of the customers and employees. This is NOT a "luxury" pet hotel as claimed. The cats are kept in cages the entire duration of their stay, and only get attention if the person cleaning the litter boxes that day decides to pet them. The dogs don't have it much better- if the dog has behavior issues, it will spend most of the day in its "suite" while the other dogs play outside. Employees rarely, if ever, go outside to watch or play with the dogs either, so the dogs are left alone most of the time. It's an awful place, under awful management.

I was so scared to leave my pets anywhere and when I found Pet Chalet, I fell in love with the place and the staff. This is a very unique place. I recommend this to everyone. I will never go anywhere else. My dogs are happy and so am I .
