This place has changed a lot since Chef Ikie and Derrick started about a year ago. Try the all-you can eat. Real cold beer...great place try it.

We had the worst experience ever tonight. We been going to Hibiki for the past year, the service always sucked, the sushi was always good that is why we always returned. When we got to the restaurant I noticed that their ratings is not posted, that started to worry me, my husband said oh maybe it fell off, SO we sit down, it was so cold so I told the waitress, she said she was not col, ( like that was about her). We ordered our 2 pc rolls (AYCE) we notice the rice is hard, dry, old, After the second round we had to say something, well our waitress says, just eat the fish, don't eat the rice and that is what we did, meanwhile we had to ask for her to refill our drinks, once she brought our drinks she slammed it against the table, like we were bothering her, Another waitress walked over she said we could not leave the rice, We said well it is old and she should eat it. Well this whole thing turned out into an argument. We paid our 52.5 and we left, We will never eat here again, And if you do not see the rating in the window, you should be worried, now hoping that the fish was fresh and will not get sick, if they skimp on rice I wonder what they do about the fish. Save your money and go to a restaurant Like MOMO sushi up on Rimpau, or for a change of scenery try the PHO on Mckinley, by Tmobile it is awesome and fresh. I had to rate i,t but this place deserves NO RATING.
