Terrible customer service, I will never go back. I showed the male nail "artist" a picture of how I wanted my nails, but apparently that wasn't enough. I wanted a red and black ombre, I even asked if he could do that and he ensured that he could, with the little English he could speak. Instead of an ombre he made my nails black with a red strip on the ends, thick, lumpy, uneven, and my cuticles bare. He kept messing up and had to redo four of my nails, it took over two hours. Also, the manager is the only one who can speak English clear enough to have a basic conversation with. After I politely and justly expressed my unsatisfaction of my nails, the nail "artist" spoke in his native language to the other employees about me in a very rude mocking tone. Not only did I receive ugly over priced nails, I was disrespected. By the way online this place is Holly's Nail & Spa, but on the actual building it says True Touch Nails.

I absolutely love this place. I've been coming here for the last 2 and half years. They're great. Holly is super sweet and does amazing jobs. For pedicure Julie and Mia are the best. I've been coming here so long that I feel like family now. Holly's mother, Cindy even brought me a souvenir from Vietnam. Everybody is so friendly and does a great job. If you have a complaint or didn't like something, be sure to talk to Holly and she will definitely take care of it. So yeah..... I love this place, the pamper you good!!

Employees walk around with food then don't wash their hands and come to do your manicure and pedicure. It took 3 people to do my manicure & pedicure. While doing my manicure & pedicure they left to Starbucks & Von's & try in new shoes they didn't say they were going I take a break.
