Damon Crawford responded to my request for rodent control. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He new the patterns of the rodents behavior and set the appropriate traps and bait for eradication.

Wasn't happy with the service at first I called and talked to Dustin in the office who told me he would be sending his best guy out russ was amazing got rid of all the bugs he new exactly how to treat it since he has came out no more bugs I would recommend home front and the tech russ

First off i would ignore the 1 star raiting from people saying this is a scam. We had someone come door to door with our old pest service and it was ok. Homefront came to our door, talked about everything else they do compared to our old service and my husband and I decided to give it a try, Boy am I glad we did. We have now had two quarterlies with our most recent being today. Luis Pelayo came to our house today, and the only thing I can say is I am going to be asking for him every time. He spent so much time in our front yard and backyard. it was great. I did not have to ask him to check things he just did it. He was great for anyone that has Homefront ask for Luis to come and do your home service, he looked everywhere to spray in the backyard. The last quarterly guy was good as well, I really like how much detail the Homefront guys spend spraying compared to the other companies we have used in the past

We are very satisfied with our service with you today. Josh was very business oriented . He said ,who he was. And what he was going to do this morning. Ask is I had any concerns or question.

He wouldn't spray around the kids toys which he was very observant about that.

This unprofessional company knock you door to offer a pest control services, hiding cost just to make you sign a contract, please review the contract before sign it, you request a services and you have to pay extra for it!! It's totally unacceptable!

Ok... Let me just say it's amazing that I even signed up with these guys as a salesman came to my door and my first instinct is SCAM and get off my porch! Well, for whatever reason I gave these guys a shot and so far so good. The salesman, Travis, was not pushy and didn't approach me with a scripted pitch. He would have been cut off quick escorted out if that's what type of company we were dealing with. He was also amendable about my reservation of giving a credit card at hat visit. I explained I was not comfortable giving my credit card as he just showed up at our door and he arranged for me to pay the company when the service was being done. Thank you Travis for making my comfort level matter. Our second encounter with this company was the following day when they were actually performing our first service. We got home late from work and our technician, Brandon Shaver, was patiently waiting for us. He had already completed the exterior of our home and proceeded to explain in detail what he had already done. Brandon's nature was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely appreciate HomeFront Pest Control assigning Brandon to our contract for future services. Lastly, Brandon shared with me how much he enjoys working for this company and how good they treat their employees. Let me just say KUDOS to you HomeFront Pest Control! Can't tell you how smart I think your approach is because happy employees equals happy customers which in turn will make your company strong. Thank you all for a wonderful experience so far... Yesterday afternoon, May 10th 2013, my wife was harassed by a solicitor from Home Front Pest Control. Young guy with blond hair, blue polo shirt, carrying around an iPad-like device with pictures of insects. He tried to sell some kind of pest control treatment for the house. She was busy with the kids and she told him we did not need his services.



Last night at 8pm he returned, knocking on our door, ignoring the obvious "no soliciting" sign. I answered and he gave a pest control sales pitch: he already had his truck in the street, and how we were working earlier with such and such a company (not true), and how my wife asked him to come back (not true). He was very aggressive and did not leave when asked to. I was friendly but I had to close the door in his face.



This morning a red X was painted on the pavement in front of our house. It was not chalk and hard to remove.

Home Front Pest Control offered a lot and delivered so little. I'm fairly new to HF, I've had my initial and second service. I've already had to call them out for 'touch-ups' in between each of them. Already after my touch-up I'm seeing baby spiders and spider webs on my patio furniture. They also promised that their service included spraying the lawn that would eliminate some of the spots that were being damaged by bugs. Well, no improvement there. Staff is friendly, but it is a huge inconvenience to have to be home every time they come so that I can bring the dogs in the house. Especially when I have to double up on their services just to keep the bugs at bay. Can't wait for my contract to end so I can be done with them and go back to my original guy!

3 TIMES A WEEK, WEEK AFTER WEEK, THESE PEOPLE HAVE SALESMAN AT MY DOOR. NOT ONLY THAT, THE SALESMAN WON'T LEAVE WHEN YPU TELL THEM NO AND THEN THEY STOP AND DIG AROUND IN YOUR YARD. PUSHY BUSINESS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS. THERE ARE MANY NEIGHBORHOODS, NOT JUST MINE. STAY OUT OF MENIFEE. HERE'S AN IDEA, IF I NEED PEST SERVICE, I WILL MAKE A CALL. GO AWAY TO YOUR STORE.

Miguel did a great job. He took the time to explain his service.pleased with with the first service.

They are very dishonest! When we signed up with this company, we were told the contact was for 12 months and would NOT roll over. To our surprise, the contract expired and were charge $99 for a service that they never did. I was told a pest tech came to our home - WHEN I WAS HOME - said he did a service and left. This never happened and was not authorized - as the contract ended. I spoke with this company directly and they said that I must not have heard them and I was mistaken. First of all, I am not mistaken. Secondly, my contact expired and they never should have been in the first place. No one from this company would help me and I have had to get my bank involved. Every time I call, the story changes. Do not deal with with dishonest and garbage company!!!

Miguel has been the best tech i have ever had.I switched over from Dewey and from anyone who has ever been to my home, he has been the most polite,extremely nice,very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease about having him at my home on a regular basis.Miguel represented HOMEFRONT amazingly. Request to have Miguel from now on whenever possible.

Great first impression. Miguel and Gerard were very knowledgeable, explained the service and did the service accordingly. Great employees!!!

Its been a month since my last quarterly and just as Miguel told me,my insect population would die down.Happy to say I am pest free thanks to Miguel.I was really having an issue with ants. After the dusting and the gel baits that were applied the, ants are a thing in the past!!!!

I was really impressed with home front.Was a little skeptical when sales person knocked on my door trying to sell me pest service, but I am so glad i did.Miguel today lived up to my expectations. I felt comfortable expressing concerned areas due to the fact that he was more than happy to treat them. STEVEN
