Provided by YP.comWe called in advance and booked the private room for our award presentation, for around 40 people. When we got there they said that they booked the room for some other party and tried to sit us in the main dining room. They refused to give us a district managers number or corporate and kept telling us to go complain on the website. I told them that they ruined our event for the girls something that we spend a long time planning, and the manager said I didn't ruin anything, I told them yeah you did you double booked your space. When we got there another person in our party over heard them talking about which party they were going to let stay in the room. We left, all 40 of us and went to sizzler down the street . I was willing to give hometown a second chance but when they did this it was the last straw. Always dirty, food not cooked all the way, and rude managers. I'm told the district manager is supposed to be calling me, but I doubt that they will. No wonder hometowns are closing all over the world.
