I called Klayton's Heating and Air because my air conditioner was blowing hot air. Klayton came out and told me that my fan motor was bad. He took the time to explain to me why it went out and even showed me. My worst fear was that I had to replace my unit. I liked the fact that he didn't try to upsell me. He's a honest guy not trying to get rich off your misery. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Overall very satisfied!

Service beyond my expectations. I called a few different AC companies and I was told that I needed a new AC system. My third call was Klayton's Heating and Air. Klayton was prompt for the appointment and very professional. He told me my air conditioner does not need to be replaced. He explained to me in detail what I actually needed to just have my air conditioner fixed. He saved us a lot money. Nice to see there are honest companies out there like Klayton's. My air conditioner works better than it ever has. Thank you Klayton for your honest and friendly service. I highly recommend Klayton's Heating and Air.
