great service and amazing donuts. i love coming here before i go to work and he people working there are very friendly.

I'm so upset about today visit to this donuts and bagels place. I saw a younger Asian male at the bagel counter. I ordered a breakfast bagels, eggs, bacons, cheese and mayo. When it came to me, i open the wrapper about to eat it...it had a strong odor of raw onions on it. I saw a piece of purple fresh onion lying on top of my bagel and it was cut in half. I immediately ask the same person that make my bagel to make me a new one because i cannot eat my bagel with onion on it. He told me that, "it's only a small piece, and he can't help it because the counter has all kind of stuff on it. We were really busy today you know?". I reply to him, it does not matter if you were busy or not, you should clean your knife and counter before the next customer. I left my bagel there at the counter. He went to make dome bagels for other customers. I waited 10 mins then i returned to the counter to ask him, is he going to make me a new bagel? He say, "you neither eat that one, or buy a new one!". I asked him, then give me my money back. He say, " I can't do that.". What kind of attitude is this to run a business? I showed the 2 other employees that work there what's going on. One other young (White) male, he say I'll remake it for you mame. As I seat down waiting, i can hear the Asian male was telling the White male, "you make it, you have to pay for it." Poor White gentlemen male, i heard him reply "sure". Obviously, the worker here has a better customer service than the owner kid.
