I would avoid Corona Nissan at all costs.

We had VPP papers, which means you get the best price and should not get hassled.

That was not the case.

AVOID Max Alsorayhi, their Internet Director, at all costs. He is the worst version of a slimy car salesperson as exists. The dealership acknowledged afterwards, that they have had problems with him in the past. Supposedly he was suspended for a weekend after we complained, but I don't believe the folks over there at all.

The GSM, Martin Rios, after avoiding speaking to my wife (forcing us to work through a customer service person named Tanya) finally spoke to my wife today. When my wife mentioned that we were hassled during the sales process, Martin Rios replied, "You were not hassled!" Okay, I am not sure how customer service works for Nissan, but I feel like telling someone that whatever they say happened, didn't happen, is just not the way to go about it.

Beware!!!! This dealership does completely illegal practices! The quote one price and try to make you sign for another.

My mother recently went in to buy a car and they told her the car would cost a certain amount. Then when it was time to sign they purposely put in a price about $6,000 higher than the agreed upon price. They illegally changed the contract and tried to falsify the new higher price.

When I came to confront them about what they were doing. The dealership had pulled off the pricing tags and said that they had lost them.

This is very common way most dealerships commit FRAUD against buyers.

They took advantage and tried to knowingly steal from an elderly woman.

I was told buy the Sales manager that they lost the proof so tough luck.

We have begun to take legal action against the dealership.

There are much better Nissan dealers in the area. Go somewhere else.

GO TO YELP REVIEWS AND SEE FROM REAL PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN VICTIMIZED AT CORONA NISSAN!!!! Do Not Buy From These Thieves, These people Lie, Cheat, Steal from hard working people. The con artist sales people are under the control of the GM there who is a Major Liar and double talker....says one thing to your face to get you into a bad deal, then once you have been hooked they forget about you. They sell service and warranty packages that are really worthless! I just cant believe that this place even does any business!!! READ THE YELP REVIEWS!!!! The girl miranda that works here is a total biatch. She cussed me out via text because i left a honest review on yelp about Corona Nissan how they dont pay there bills an have horrible customer service from the top person to the bottom person. I have the text messages to prove it to. They screw there own employees over. I know this because i do work for all there ex employee's. HORRIBLE PLACE

I find it hard to believe that all of these reviews are 5 stars. Suspicious. Look at Yelp. Once you have purchased your car from them, the customer means nothing. They did not deliver on their promises, even signed contract promises. Horrible customer service on all fronts. Sales persons were unresponsive and ignorant. Service persons had better manners but were unhelpful and they blamed each other out right for everything. I have purchased cars from dealerships before and this was the WORST CAR PURCHASING EXPERIENCE I have ever had. Even after a week of failed attempts at resolving our issues, the sales guy actually emailed us with a generic email asking if we were still interested in buying a car. STAY AWAY!
