I highly recommend LK & Associates, Inc., for all of your real estate needs. They are very professional, honest, affordable, and reliable. They managed my short sale for me, and they went above and beyond. Everything they said they would do, they did. They were always on time and punctual. There was a problem with my bank, and they stuck with the situation and got it resolved, and got the short sale completed. I tried using other real estate professionals to handle my short sale, but they were not able to resolve the bank issues that Leo and Katherine resolved. They are very knowledgeable about home loans, short sales, bank repos, buying and selling houses, rental properties, about numerous different banks and financial institutions, and much more.
