Terrible store! They do not post their refund policy or business license anywhere visible to the customer. The managers are conveniently unavailable, and when they are, they are very rude. The sales reps were fine, but they sold me the wrong product and refused to refund it within an hour of purchasing it. I am very upset and will not be returning. For your own good, I highly recommend you do not go here for your cell phone needs.

I BOUGHT A $200.00 PHONE AFTER THEY PROMISED UNLIMITED MINUTES, CLEAR RECEPTION, INTERNATIONAL PHONE CALLS AND A BUNCH OF BULL. I WASN'T ABLE TO HAVE A SINGLE CONVERSATION WITHOUT THE SIGNAL FADING AWAY, SOMETIMES DIALING 2 OR 4 TIMES THE SAME PERSON TO FINISH A CONVERSATION. AND IMAGING TRYING TO CALL OUT OF THE COUNTRY. IT IS CRAP. AND I'M THROWING MY $200 INTO THE TOILET WITHOUT PAIN BECAUSE IM GETTING RID OF THEM FOREVER. WHEN I WENT TO COMPLAINT THEY TOLD ME THAT I DID NOT READ THE FINE PRINT:

"can be returned within 30 days but with one hour of use" How you're going to know if the phone or the reception is good with one hour use.
