When I spoke with the rep @ Oc lending. I was surprised at how professional the young man was, I was paying $3,700.00 on my monthly mortgage, then I would pay $5,000.00 a year for county taxes and $650.00 a year for home owners insurance. Oc lending reduced my payment to $2,283.00 including principal and interest towards my loan taxes and insurance included fixed for the remaining term of my loan. I would recommend Oc lending to friends, family and honestly anyone that I can come accross they truly are a ligitamite company.
